Owner Brian Hall comes from Queensland, where some of the ranches (known as cattle stations) are bigger than the entire state of Texas.
Brian is continually introducing new Australian treats to his menu. So, if you like what you've tasted, you can count on something new and delicious next time you visit. And... if you're new to Australian food, you're in for a real treat!
All of our down under recipes are home cooked at our location, using imported ingredients direct from Australia. And all of our pies and pasties are available "to go" hot, or frozen to reheat at home.
